Natalie supports clients and the Commercial team with a careful and thorough approach to transactions and advisory work. She assists with negotiating commercial arrangements, drafting key documents including asset and share sale agreements, shareholders agreements and terms and conditions, and providing general corporate governance advice to businesses at various stages of growth.
Clients and colleagues value Natalie’s approachable, organised manner and her commitment to understanding risk and thinking ahead. She enjoys navigating layered commercial relationships and helping to future proof documentation so clients are well positioned as their businesses evolve.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University. She is also a board member of Burke and Beyond, a not for profit organisation supporting young people and communities.
