Tyson focuses on advising small to medium enterprises and privately owned businesses on complex taxation matters. Tyson has experience in taxation matters across Federal and State taxes, with a particular focus on tax structuring and restructuring. Tyson's prior experience as a commercial lawyer assists in the intersection of tax law and the commercial realities clients face. Tyson holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Languages (Mandarin) from the University of Adelaide. Outside of the office, Tyson enjoys playing golf and his beloved Adelaide Crows.
