Rosalind Li Named as a Finalist in 30 Under 30 Awards

We are proud to announce that Rosalind Li is a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards. This recognises her high-quality work and commitment to getting results for clients.

Rosalind brings a unique international perspective to her practice, having lived in New Zealand and being fluent in Mandarin. Some of her notable achievements include:

• acting for the vendor in a confidential $23m+ share sale transaction, including advising on a range of complex CGT and international taxation matters;
• advising on the application of the small business CGT concessions in a variety of complicated and novel circumstances, including obtaining a favourable ruling in respect of a capital gain of $22m+; and
• managing various complex tax disputes, including on behalf of a taxpayer in relation to a $1m+ assessment.
