Daniel is a passionate Litigation and Dispute Resolution lawyer. He has a wealth of experience working on a number of large-scale complex matters, including, general commercial litigation, class actions, financial regulatory investigations, and subsequent enforcement proceedings.
Daniel is a forward thinker who also maintains a strong interest in Employment Law. Having previously worked on a number of employment matters, he is passionate about assisting commercial clients navigate the various legal issues that arise within the workplace.
Daniel has also been heavily involved within the New Law space and working with alternative dispute resolution processes. He has a particular interest in harnessing legal technology to develop innovative and successful strategies to assist in providing his clients the best outcome possible.
When not at Velocity Legal, Daniel is also employed by the Australian Football League as a senior umpire in the VFL.
