She assists clients in dealing with complicated contractual disputes, as well as property and trust disputes. She also assists individuals in bankruptcy and companies in liquidation dealing with preference claims, voidable transactions and other issues that may arise.

- Acting on behalf of an individual in defending a claim in the Federal Court, regarding allegations of transferring assets to defeat creditors. The parties were able to negotiate a resolution.
- Acting on behalf of a government client in pursing a major debt recovery ($20M+) in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
- Successfully defending an urgent injunction in the Supreme Court of Victoria, where a party sought to prevent the multinational client from undertaking business operations.
- Acting on behalf of a multinational non for-profit organisation, in complex property issues and obtaining a favourable judgment in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
- Acting on behalf of a liquidator in pursuing voidable transactions concerning unreasonable director-related transactions and unrelated loans.
